This Privacy Statement sets out how Bubble Park processes data, whether on individuals or otherwise.  Any questions relating to this Privacy Policy or requests in respect of personal data should be directed to info@bubblepark.com.cy

2.   Who we are

At Bubblepark you can find the commonly loved playground with a variety of slides, cannon with foam balls, foam ball volcano, trampolines, inflatables with slides and various other kiddie rides. For the motor car lovers they can have the chance to race each other on a track of race cars and for the bike lovers to enjoy the fantastic formula bumber bikes.

For the more athletic guys they can test their agility and fitness at the indoor rope course, experience the adrenaline rush of the zip line or even spin in the air with the new bungee trampoline! You can relax at our Yummie lounge restaurant having a drink or even try our sweets or snacks having a piece of mind about your kids under the supervision of our trained stuff.

We strive to protect personal data and apply high standards of conduct when it comes to privacy issues.

3.    Your personal information

When you visit our place or our website we may ask you to provide us with certain information so that we can communicate with you about our products and services. You are not obliged to provide us with such information, but if choose not to, you may miss out on events and special offers and certain services may not be available to you.

The personal information we will ask you to provide is the following:

  • Telephone Number
  • Email

4. Children’s data

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy. We may collect personal data in relation to children only provided that we have first obtained their parents’ or legal guardian’s consent or unless otherwise permitted under law. This will happen for example when we register a child for our Summer School or when we get information for a birthday party. In both cases we will always obtain the parents’ or legal guardian’s consent so please discuss this with us in order to clarify all issues!

Here at Bubble Park we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy, in order to communicate with you about our services and to improve the quality of our services.

The purposes for which we collect your personal information are as follows:-

  • To investigate and follow up on any comments, inquiries and complaints you may have and to resolve any disputes and problems which may have arisen with respect to the use of our services.
  • To obtain feedback from you that will help us to improve and/ or further the provision of our facilities and services.
  • To communicate with you about our services that may be of interest to you.
  • To enable us to perform our obligations towards you.
  • To comply with a legal obligation to which we may be subject.
  • Any other purpose specifically requested and/or agreed by you.

6.    How long we keep it

Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by us until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. Please refer to our Data Retention Policy for more information on our personal data retention schedule.

Any requests for further information in relation to the continued processing of specific data and requests for destruction of data should be made to info@bubblepark.com.cy
